Dimitrius is a humble executive that believes people are the driving force behind ultimate business success. He has a demonstrated track record of leading in the financial services industry. Dimitrius is a proven leader who has the innate ability to create solutions to complex problems in order to achieve desired goals. Over the past 10 years, Dimitrius has had the privilege of serving in roles where he has been able to utilize his strategic thinking ability to grow and refine organizations.

He has a strong passion for diversity, equity and inclusion and serves as a leader in this space through his work with local and enterprise resource groups. Dimitrius is a dedicated mentor and serves on the board of a local nonprofit focused on empowering women.

Dimitrius holds a Bachelor of Art (BA) focused in Criminology from The University of Texas at Arlington and resides in Frisco, Texas with his wife and two children. As a family, they enjoy traveling and attending athletic events.

Losta Benton brings 2 decades of experience in HR technology transformation and digital employee engagement. His depth of experience in service, continuous process improvement, change management, leveraging technology, allows him to be a thought leader in all aspects of HR technology and leadership in the HR community.

Residing in North Texas, with his wife and two boys, Losta looks forward to the joys of raising future successful black men.

Losta has a strong passion in developing and growing individuals when it pertains to mentorship, financial life advancement, and empowerment.

Jason was born and raised in New Milford, a small town in Connecticut. He attended Dartmouth College, where he received his BA in Economics. Dartmouth afforded Jason the opportunity to spend trimesters as an exchange student in Lyon, France, as an exchange student at Morehouse College and as an intern on Wall Street.

Post Dartmouth, Jason has become an experienced financial professional with an analytical acumen focused on problem solving. His varied experience enables him to effectively bridge the gap between the business and data worlds. Essentially, he translates business problems into data solutions. Jason believes effective comprehension, application and utilization of data holds the key to a successful business.

Born and raised in Austin Texas, Jamison was blessed to grow up with a large Family Village that helped shape him into the Man he is today. From the age of 4 all the way to college Jamison played both Baseball and Football, which then afforded him a Scholarship to Huston-Tillotson University to play Baseball. After being granted entrance into the College of Engineering, Jamison then transferred to the University of Texas at Arlington where he received his BA in Information Systems.

Shortly after, began his career as an Information Technology Professional working as a Design Engineer within the Data Center Space. From then to now, Jamison has amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge connecting people with technology. Focusing on IT infrastructure solutions of the largest businesses in the World, he’s learned that Technologies best asset is connecting people to people.

Jamison believes that partnership not only enhances everyone individually, but also creates a smooth and supported lane to success for the next generation!

Shalon resides in Wichita, KS with his wife and 2 sons and enjoys reading, film, watching sports, and traveling. He is passionate about the advancement of black people and wants to come up with solutions for bridging the wealth and education gap in the United States and abroad.

Before entering beginning his career in finance Shalon previously had a focus on IT and computer hardware even having his own Computer Repair business in college. Shalon has over 10 years of experience in accounting. As a Senior Corporate Accountant Shalon is a forward thinker and leader.
